Last updated January 1, 2026
You can delete your Workspace Canvas account and any data we hold on your behalf, including data received from connected third‑party services (Meta, Google, Microsoft, Slack, GitHub, and others). This page explains how.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
- Sign in to Workspace Canvas.
- Open Settings → Account.
- Scroll to Danger zone and click Delete account.
- Confirm by typing your workspace name. All personal data is deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Disconnect a single integration
To remove data from just one connected service (for example, Meta / Facebook) without deleting your account:
- Go to Connections.
- Find the integration and click Disconnect.
- Access tokens are revoked immediately and any cached data from that service is deleted within 30 days.
Option 3 — Email request
If you cannot sign in, or you need to submit a request under GDPR, CCPA, or Meta's Data Deletion Callback requirement, email us:
Include the email address associated with your account and, if relevant, the integration you want removed (e.g. "Meta / Facebook User ID: 1234567890"). We respond within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your account, profile, and workspace membership.
- Pages, blocks, databases, comments, tasks, calendar events, and uploaded files you own.
- Access tokens and cached content from connected third‑party services.
- Product analytics tied to your identifiers.
What we may retain
Limited records required by law (e.g. billing and tax records), backup copies purged on our standard retention cycle, and de‑identified aggregate analytics.
